Super easy to use and My Pup has no problem using. Love getting the notificationsHorrible… The paper roll is made of absolutely non-absorbent paper. My puppy walks in it and it leaves foot prints all over the hardwood floor because it just sits there on top of the plastic with the thin sheet of nonabsorbent paper. So you have to advance the role, therefore you get very little use out of one roll, no where near a few weeks or month of usage.Selling rolls that don’t adequately work I guess is how they plan to make their money instead of making a good and reliable product.Don’t buy it… I just end up having to put puppy pads on top of the cheap roll.MAKES THE ENTIRE HOUSE SMELL OF POO! DOGS HATE TO USE IT! DO NOT BUY! SELLER ISN'T GOOD W REFUNDS EITHER, LUCKILY AMAZON IS GOOD TO IT'S CUSTOMERS. MAKES SENSE WHY THE SHARKS REJECTED FUNDING IT. BUYER BEWARE!!!We love this product since day 1! Easy to use no odor!!!!! And when you are done you tose everything in the trash!Can’t be happier.My dog, a west highland white terrier, was potty trained on the fake grass, so was very easy to transition, the only thing is that I have to leave the green pad for her ( not a brilliants pad problem).Items not with product as advertised. The item was resealed without the pads or spray.Absolutely disappointed. It does not connect to the wifi as advertised. Also you have to push and hold the button every time your pet goes potty. I will be returning this over priced piece of garbage. Customer service was of no help.
