I received this as usual on time and packaged well in a bubble envelope. Now my review. At first glance, it really looked good. It's packaged in a clear plastic box. Removing the garter and checking it out. The lace and ribbon are made of soft and very flexible polyester. My one complaint immediately caught my attention. The ribbon looks kind of cheesy. In the description of the garter. It states that it is sequined. No its not. It's made of polyester strips glued onto the garter. It looks good. But. Even if it had sequins. It probably would still be cheesy. I decided to remove it carefully. Then clean the residue off with a little alcohol. Removing the ribbon made a lot of difference. It looks much nicer and not campy. When you see the garter on its Amazon page. The first thing I seen was it came in a standard or plus size. I inquired other reviewers. I measured my thigh while standing; between my knee and groin. Standing or sitting makes a difference in the measurement. I have an 18" circumference. The consensus of the reviewers stated; that the standard was more than enough. My thanks to the reviewers that responded. When I pulled it up to where I will use it. There was more than enough stretch. Plus some extra. I would say that the standard size could be worn with a 21" thigh. The garter looks great on my leg. My girlfriend will be surprised at seeing it. I'll give it to her for some Christmas cheer. The only other question I wonder. With it being stretched. How long will it last? But that's in the future. Hey, I can always buy another one!
