I’m not a young guy anymore but I exercise daily to keep my physical and mental health in check. That’s important for somebody like me who works in healthcare and technology. I also like traveling and a lot of times I either don’t have the gym available at the hotel or just don’t have one, period. I can just bring this everywhere I go. It’ll be always available. Easy to use, portable, seemingly strong.Compact bag? Yes? Light? After you use it enough, it will feel light. Just kidding. It’s not heavy by any standard but hey, there are some tools inside and the lightest ones are the resistance bands, and while, I wouldn’t carry most of my gym tools around, I can carry this 12-pound bag with everything that comes with it. It may not look like it’s a lot, but you have everything you need for most types of workout.So far, I haven’t used the bar on any doors since I see no need for the types of exercises I usually do, but it’s sturdy enough to be attached to anything, if that thing can handle the stress and weight. As I usually don’t discuss price of things, as you’re the one to evaluate whether you’re getting what you’re paying for, I won’t comment on that.Why four not five stars, you ask? While I have no issues with rating anything with five stars, especially because I rate based on quality, value, innovation, functionality and even looks ,but there is no innovation here. It’s just a good product. That’s enough for me, but for this type of tool, it would have to have something really different or outstanding to be granted five stars. But again, this is as good as I expected.I would recommend this for someone on the fence about getting into better shape and not having time or money for (a membership) personally I have a home gym so I am always using kettlebells and Dumbbells so using this I felt movement would be difficult and I don’t really like stationary exercises I enjoy complex movements. A beginner would do great with this product I might just use this for light days or when traveling as some places don’t have gyms for customers.We got this for a long trip we have coming up.It arrives in a gift worthy box, packed inside its own carry bag.It comes with directions that are clear and easy to understand.It seems to be made well.The components all feel sturdy.The bar is solid.The stitching and seams are straight and even.The bands feel rugged and long lasting.The bag is extremely durable.To test it out we attached it to the door and used it to do some pull ups.Next we used the foot strap to do some seated foot pull exercises.We did several other exercises, simulating a regular work out circuit.Everything worked well.It took some trial and error to get the right resistances.It was a good workout and especially considering it came in a bag we were really impressed.We would buy this again.I’m ALL for getting into “health” (shape or whatever you want to call it ?) and this portable home gym is GREAT because it gave us the option to working out in the comfort of our home, using equipment that will give us the same benefits we would get at a regular gym. I love the colors this gym came in, how sturdy all the parts are, and the travel bag that also keeps everything together. Overall it’s a pretty nice portable gym.Con: instructions are fools proof ?Con: the amount of equipment was overwhelming for ME personally, I think if the instructions were a little more goof proof It wouldn’t have been so frustrating at moments ?I still would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️The bag is heavy duty and comes with a long strap. All of the accessories for easily inside. The bar is heavy and durable, and comes apart in three pieces to store easily. The weights I used were 15 for my arms and 45 for squats/leg strengthening. Everything clips on and off easily to switch out the accessories. My husband and I both took turns trying out the different weights and we were pleased to see that it accomandated us both (5'1" female vs 6'1" male).I was a little skeptical at first when I ordered this. But it is a game changer. The booklet it comes with makes everything easy to help show all the different work outs you can do and how to use the equipment. The products is sturdy and very well made. You can tell by the quality it will last a very long time!!I own an X3 system that I use regularly. This is similar at a fraction of the cost, has more possibilities and is more portable. It will be packed in my car for when I'm on the road in hotels.I ordered this so I could keep working out when I am away from home with work.I sometimes have to be away for four or five days at a time and working out becomes really difficult in a hotel room with no equipment. I ordered this set to take with me and I have used it on one of my trips so far and it was excellent.Everything I needed for a basic workout is included and comes in a handy bag.The fitness bar allows me to put various strength resistance bands on it and do various push/pull exercises and there's enough for me to get a whole body workout in.The bar is strong and can take a fair amount of pressure. The resistance bands are also very strong indeed and can take my whole bodyweight with some exercises and show no strain at all. There are also handles included so you can get a better grip that may be needed to do some exercises better. I use mine against the hotel room door, using the door anchors that come with this. It all handles the weight without fuss.These bands are far better quality and thicker than ones you typically see people use. I think that's a big reason as to why the price tag of this set is so high. The kit can be used to carry out all bench pressing exercises by attaching the 270LBS bench press band to the bar. You can also attach the machine to any door with the door anchors to carry out the next set of exercises. You are supplied with 4 resistance bands to allow you to perform resistance band training. I found everything in working order when tested out and I think the quality is good as no isssues however I haven’t used this over any great length of time. The only issue I have with this item is the pricetag. I feel at £175 this set is slightly overpriced. With that being said I cannot fault the actual equipment itself. The workout manual that is provided also gives you full range of exercises that you can carry out if your relatively new to this sort and thing and would like some assistance.This is quite a set, looks fairly simple on the pictures but once you start going through the instructions there's a lot to get to grips with. The kit seems very sturdy and very well made with a load of bits in pieces in a neat little storage bag. I've started off with the squatting and leg exercises which I am really enjoying and I think my husband will love the upper body exercises when he gets the time. I thought this kit was pretty expensive when i first ordered it to try but going by the amount of exercises this kit can provide and how well made it is, it actually not to bad value for money. I love that its portable, I've been taking the kit out into the back garden to use so I have plenty of room and its good that you could probably take this to a park or something if you wanted to, but I'm happy in the privacy of my back garden.What a good set of equipment for a home or on the go workout. it comes in a great travel pack so i can take the equipment out and about with me. The bag is a good size and fits everything in perfectly. The zip works well with no problems of snagging.The equipment is great for a whole body workout. The seven different accessories means i never got bored and was able to create a variety of workouts. My favourites were the bench press and shoulder press. The equipment is easy to use and set up in no time at all.The bands included are three different colours, meaning you can get a different resistance with whichever you use. The door anchors work well and do not mark the doors at all, these add a whole new level to work outs and provide options for different work outs than i am used to.Really really impressed with this kit! When i received this kit it was in a really small carry caseBut once unboxed it i was really impressed with how much stuff you get and how many difrent exercises you can do with this!I tried akmost all training methods that was on included small booklet and got to say it was really good workout! Strength levels are insane good and would suit lots of athletes!Really really recommend this kit!
