I found this product to be grossly overpriced. It was late and looks like a cheap toy. I can’t see how it’s waterproof by the low budget manufacturing. It wasn’t working properly. I unplugged it to return it. As soon as o filed a return request, it began working overtime and drove us crazy from within it’s box. Had to wait for it to lose it’s charge. Once I uninstalled the app I began having problems with my internet. The internet provider spent over two hours trying to fix the problems and contacted Amazon to let them know about the issues. Customer service is horrible. They tried to stall me as if I should wait A FEW WEEKS to DISCUSS my refund. I had to request that Amazon intervene. Then they gave me a partial refund but reported that they had given a full refund. Back to Amazon for help. Amazon resolved it immediately.
