I use this in our diner to prep apples for pies and French toast topping. It works very well and there is on problem running it through the commercial dish machine. I had my doubts, since it is plastic, but after using it for a while and cleaning it in the machine where the final rinse tops 180 degrees, I see a long life ahead. FYI I can go from apples to pie filling in ten minutes and that includes measuring and mixing the spices with the apples.Très bon article qui fonctionne super bien ..... mais encore faut il palier aux défauts de montage : les lames viennent montées et sont incrustées à l'envers !Elles ne sont pas démontables il faut bidouiller, forrer, coller, sertir les pièces de soutien pour que les coupes se fassent enfin dans le bon sens.C'est pas tout :Le pas de visse du manche est à l'envers et il doit être démonté et refixé correctement sinon il vous reste en main à chaque pomme.Sinon tout va bien Madame la Marquise !
